Unless he is willing to extend his contract another year or two, I think you have to trade him.

Sometimes I'm really grateful random people on internet forums don't get to run the team.

I would trade Wood for Wiseman and Kuminga. Would anyone else? Honestly have no idea of his trade value...

There's no chance Golden State offers up Wiseman and Kuminga unless we throw in a couple of 1sts.

Wiseman is a bust at this point. Kuminga isn’t anything guaranteed and has shown the least of all the top 10 picks so far from this draft. If they don’t offer at least that than no thanks because there drafted picks are worthless . Wood is worth more than a late first rounder

I honestly think they do to get away from Wiseman, he doesn't suit how they want to play.

I don't know about that. Do you think Kerr, Draymond, and Steph care about FRPs if Wood has the potential to make them a true contender? The numbers work better with Wisemen and Moody. I think Wisemen could be had for a clear talent upgrade. The Rockets have nothing but time on their hands. Warrior's are the ones with a Window that closes the moment Stephs game begins to fade.

They have dominated almost every single team they've played so far and they're about to get Klay back. They're clearly the best team in the league and it isn't even close, and they also have 3 lottery picks that they can develop for the next 10 years. There's just no way they trade Kuminga right now.

This is a very weak league, the Lakers look vulnerable, Nets are getting old, the suns will never win a championship, the Jazz always fail, Mavs do not have enough fire power, and the clippers are riding on Kawi

Can’t seem to find an answer, think he’s good but Sengun will be better and fit the timeline more. Can’t think of anyone you could get that’s young with the same type of upside as Wood. Maybe wait till the end of the season and see if you can package him for a top pick or some young star becomes available.

Lol GSW too smart to fall for that line of thinking.

They are already a true contender cuz they will get Klay back by the time playoffs roll around.

My target would be a package from Orl that includes Mo Bamba. I would have said Bamba and Wagner for Wood but I doubt Orl does that deal.

Bamba's the exact type of center you need beside Sengun, Green and KPJ he is like discount Gobert but with a 3 pt shot.

So basically there's no reason for GS to trade for wood then. Because the league is weak thet will just walk to a chip
