I'm seeing some KD and Yao in Chet's game. There's no need for a big body. He just needs to bulk up enough without sacrificing his speed and he's good to go. If he can go for KD type body, he's good.
I don't disagree with this but yet kids do dumb ****, I don't understand what is your point? It's not like he has a history, this is a blip in the grand scheme of things.
I would suggest you read up on causes of cramps, specifically frequently reoccurring. Then go and look up causes of soft tissue injuries. They go hand in hand. Hydration is what normal people think cramping is from. It’s not the only thing, specially for high level athletes. Overuse, imbalances in development, flexibility are big factors as well. All of those lead to soft tissue injuries eventually. A single case is most likely hydration, it’s been 2-3 times in 5 games with him. That’s not good. With his DUI issue, it could be from drinking too much. That could very well be the issue too.
Chets body looks really, really bad. Like Zhou Qi's body was better (20 pounds heavier), and Zhou Qi was the same age Chet will be when he debuts too. Banchero on the other hand looks like a monster, has the legs and body size of Greg Smith but the athleticism and foot speed of a wing
It's funny how folks try to constantly talk about Chet's weight like it's some detrimental issue and he just continues to find ways to dominate & stand out on the floor at every level he plays. To the point where he still is considered a actual #1 pick lol
Nobody is gonna pass up a chance to draft Banchero because he has had cramps, it makes zero sense but you do you. It's amazing the length people go to because they like one player over another.
I never said pass him up. I actually like Paolo, I prefer Chet. Stop conflating different talking points.
"The other part of the conversation is everyone says Chet will be injury prone but he bangs with anyone and still plays. Banchero has went out of 2-3 games already. Cramps are one thing, but they tend to lead to soft tissue injuries." You responded to somebody saying Chet would be injury prone because of his size and weight by equating Paolo cramps as being the same risk. So what point where trying to make?
Was pointing out the irony that everyone is saying Chet will be injury prone due to his body/frame yet Paolo has already missed portions of 2-3 games with cramps. One has answered the bell every game/minute while the other has not. It could be nothing with Paolo, or it could be more. Something to be aware of.
Thanks for making my point, it's ludicrous to equate cramps to being injury-prone. Missing entire seasons and shortening careers is not the same as missing portions of games. Just stop my guy?
No one is equating cramps to being injury prone. But that frequent usually leads to it being more than hydration. You realize cramps are also a symptom of strains right? Who said anything about missing entire seasons? Do you know what soft tissue injuries are?
Then why the hell did you bring up cramps in the 1st place in this discussion? And you were the one who used injury-prone in your initial post, my guy.
The conversation was about Chet being injury prone. Ironic that Paolo is out. Again, you really need to look up frequent and severe cramping. There is direct correlation with muscle strains from cramping. Like I said, you should have sat this one out.
Paolo is out of what? Why do I need to look up severe cramping? Can you show me one example of a professional having their career being affected by it long-term?
