Don't try to twist my words Mo Bamba fan.

I said he looks like All NBA First team not that he is that caliber.

    It's been two games.

Stop insulting people and acting as if everyone is out to get you. Ever since Aaron Gordon went to Denver you've seemed on edge. It's okay man.

Soo your plan is to overpay wood and not develop whoever we draft. Youre calling me a dimwitt and you sound dumb as hell LOL Talk about backtrack you said you wanted to start whoever we draft next to Wood then said they couldnt start right away and said nothing about Sengun until ofcourse I brought him up are you senile?

Remember saying this? "Both Chet and Banchero will be able to play alongside Wood. Both are perimeter players on offense but only Chet is elite rim protector on defense."
You are as confused and ignorant as most of your posts. wishy washy back and forth. What it boils down to is you love Wood and want the team to overpay to keep him when he has proven he cant lead a successful team. Ive seen you post several times that you want to build around Christian Wood again Im happy as hell you are not our GM.

Kings are more in the need of a PF/C but don't have much besides picks. Wood for Bagley + unprotected 2021 FRP and top 10 protected 2023 FRP? That'd be somewhat similar to the Vucevic deal. However, we'd either have to pay Bagley or lose him. You'd hope the turmoil leaves us a late top 10 pick this season plus another 10-14 in 2023.

    Let Stone have his fun.

Yall put up with "Morey will acquire a superstar this off-season" for 15 years. This just says significant interest which is very credible.

The team we just beat (Hornets), would love to have someone like Wood. Their front court depth is bad. Plumblee is out with a calf injury, they severely lack bigs. Mason is also 31. Wood is younger and they can do 4-out or 5-out.

Lot of teams would want Wood, questions is what do we ask for.

Exactly I saw all of the Hornets fans drooling over Wood. They already have a star they need people around him. Thats different from being a losing team without a star yet and overpaying him just because you like him.

Stone would never use the media or reach out to Kevin O'Connor! ;)

If Wood goes to an actual NBA team that plays team defense and has an actual PG, he will be really, really good. He looks worse than he is right now because this team has zero structure and team discipline. He actually managed to have a positive plus minus last season.

He's not a full max type player, but if I were a contender I would give up a lot for him.

Ironically, when Wood was a journeyman, Hornets had him in 2016. But the Rockets is the team that gave him a chance and showcased his true potential.

I hope Stone and Wood's agent are on the same page, if Wood is willing for decent money but not the max; they should let the Rockets now.

The other thing is, if there's some massive multi-team deals, Wood maybe an attractive enough asset to off load Wall. So I hope Stone keeps that in mind.

The Hornets wanted Christian Wood in last years Draft. I believe the 15th pick was offered, Hornets got Bouknight who is very talented.

Yeah they were pretty pissed about that, I think they had a different coach and gm then. And I agree the Rockets just need to stay flexible. I dont think anyone should be off the table but Green and Sengun. I also dont want to trade Wood and get nothing if thats the case you might as well just let him leave in 2023. He should be a great trade piece though.

Obviously do what is right for the org overall - but to me, he is one of the best offensive centers in the league...top 5-8.....and he is on a cheap contract, if someone wants him, maybe they will take Wall off our hands too?

You wont get nearly as much for him next year. Next year they'll be saying "Why give up the farm when we can sign him as a free agent in the offseason?"

It's selling high compared to his future value. His trade value for us is never going to be higher than at this deadline. Next season teams will be talking that "you'll lose him in the offseason when he becomes an unrestricted free agent so take these scraps" nonsense. And we will lose him in unrestricted free agency. Dude is not going to want to come back to this team after three losing seasons in a row. And I don't want to pay him the max anyway.
