Don't think they were necessarily mocking.

Now the Lakers commentary team, and there was another one in the past few games I can't remember which one (I think it was the Bulls), they mocked us.

Watching a KPJ bad decision and saying "that's why they're 2-16" isn't really wrong.

They were in love with Sengun's passing.

They're a great commentary team, one of the best if not the best in the league.

 

let me tell you something: Even developing the rookies, I think the Rockets could have been a play in team.. I'm serious.. Silas and Theis derailed that. We have seen what this team can do with space.. Garrison played well, but we saw what Jalen could do in summer league with space..

I mean, Sengun, KJ, and Brooks are all playing the same way they played in Summer League, Jalen should be no different.

 

KP needs work but there was a lot to be happy about tonight.

It was funny listening to them expecting the corner to be turned and then we would run off some more threes lol.

Closer than it should have been at the end there but it was great seeing the guys hang on.

This type of game can only help the rookies to grow, the bar is high, they have to work hard to earn their minutes.

 

People are going to say you are crazy but...play-in isn't that hard to make. It's the reason it exists after all to help prevent teams from just going full tank.

When you look at the standings, the Rockets are 6 games behind a play-in spot.

So I don't think it's that crazy to say. There are really only 3 teams out of the play-in race in the West, we are one of them...but if the Rockets were to just go on a 5 game win streak or something or start winning a pinch more they could find themselves competing for a play in spot.

I don't think it will happen but I don't think it's crazy to say. Fans will have to adjust with the play-in, it means outside of like 2-3 teams per conference every team is in the race for the playoffs.

 

I can't imagine a worst place to be than a play in team.

You wanna talk about setting a franchise back 10 years, that is how you do it.

I say this with all due respect to KPJ: he made a couple of decisions late in Q4 and OT that might have cost the game. He has to learn patience over throwing a contested hero Lob to..... Jaesean Tate??

But tonight was a big positive step, funnest game to watch in a while.

 

Rockets have 4 rookies from one the best draft classes in a couple decades. Jalen is going to come back playing in space yule all c. Sengun already catching bodies as a toddler. JC and Garuba in G-league balling.

I would respect tilman more if he fired Silas tomorrow.

If you are in the play-in by playing your young guys then all it means is you are ahead of your rebuild.

There are other ways to acquire star players other than the draft.

 

Only if you do it playing vets and not your youngsters and it looks like Silas would do that. If we get there with Sengun Garuba Green Brooks JC and KMJ all getting good minutes then thats a good sign but Silas loves his vets.
