Halftime show with Calvin had good energy, won't mind that format every so often.

Hey it’s not Theis’s fault he’s a bad fit for this team. He’s fairly decent at what he does, it’s just not right with this starting lineup. Hope he gets traded to a contender. He can be a decent backup center somewhere.

I wonder if they’ll figure out how to incorporate Theiss to be a plus player on the team. Like maybe he can be the only 5 on the court when he’s playing. He was always a good screen setter in Boston.

Green is not the problem. They can play together if Porter is playing well. They do need more space and not having Theis in the lineup helps, I still think Sengun should start instead of Tate.

Highly entertaining game but disappointingly small lead given how well the team is shooting.
Team still has a penchant for untimely turnovers.

    Still, the promise is there.
This team is going to be amazing once they settle the point guard situation.

And having the worst player on the team not suit up.

But yeah mainly what you said.

It only took around 16 games for the staff to realize having Theis in there dragged the offense down. Even when the Rockets had their highest assist totals the couple of games Sengun started, they treated it as coincidence. So what do they do now with Theis? Any big men injuries on contending teams?

He's always part of the problem on defense, but if he's playing in his proper role as an off ball scorer and transition scorer....and he happens to be hitting his shots, he can be a positive on offense. He's still one of the worst defenders in the NBA though, so it'll be a while before he's an overall positive.

It’s not his fault but two playoff teams casted him aside just last year. I feel like Stone and company just didn’t do enough research and due diligence with that signing. Jsut spent money to spent money

Theis just doesn't fit on the team. If we didn't have Wood or Sengun, sure, he might have played those minutes and looked decent but he's a small ball big.

He's not versatile enough to be the 2nd big. Sengun could pull it off. I think you could get away with having Sengun-Wood in the starting lineup because Sengun can do a lot of things on offense. Theis can't.

Theis is what he is, he's a small ball big. He'll look his best as being the only big on the court but otherwise he'll look out of place next to another big.

He has not been hitting his midrange jumper as he used to do with the Celtics. Or it is not welcome here.

It didn’t take that long. We’re not professional and we saw it the first week. Teams were sagging and giving him the open shot. It was very obvious. I believe the analytic s and stow. Team jsut talked to Silas and gave him the order that enough was enough.
