    Keep losing.

Sengun IS our future starting C.
Green IS our future SG star.

That’s great. Now ignore it and keep losing. Play double big lineups. Bench KJM. Clog the paint. Sit Sengun for entire games.

Why? Because the biggest mistake rebuilding teams make is in giving up on the tank too soon…right when everyone starts calling for the HC and GMs heads.

I am not convinced that if we play the right way, ie with the lineup we had against the Bulls, that we would keep losing…so don’t do that again until after the trade deadline.

You guys don’t have the stomach to do what’s necessary…I hope Stone and Silas do.

WTF are you talking about? You do realize that our rooks are not that ****ing good for us to even dream of being a play-in team.

Play the rooks, live with the results. That's some twisted world you are living in where you want to toss out a year of development.

We aren't really incentivized to be THIS bad.

I actually believe Sengun and Green are that good. You can tell obvious differences in success based on our lineup configurations.

The talent is already there. They know what they are doing.

    Keep losing.

We are still a bottom 3 with our best lineup. Every win will be fun.

You're living in a fantasy land if you think playing our rookies major minutes in a way that sets them up to succeed is going to win us a bunch of games and hurt our draft position.

You act like losing is a choice for this team

Its not so much that I think losing is a choice so much as I believe winning is a choice.

They will still lose a fair share of games by playing the “right” way. But I do think they could be good enough and win enough to drop them into the 7-10 range, which moves you from cornerstone to role player.

Obviously we are not good enough to be anything but a bottom tier team....

But...it seems a bad idea to have them playing like before. This year should be about development, discovery, and chemistry.

Development is obvious. KPJ, Green, Sengun should be the focus with hopefully Garuba and JC finding minutes in the 2nd half of the season.

Discovery is finding out who is part of our core moving forward and who is not. Can KPJ play PG? Is Garuba a 3 or a 4? What's JCs role on the team? Etc

Chemistra also obvious, letting these guys get to know each others games...the Theis lineup is not any kind of chemistry we want moving forward so it shouldn't be played.

THIS IS BULLSHITT. Youre not developing them by sitting them and playing limited minutes on a horrible team. THATS SHOW YOU BECOME THE KINGS.

Sengun is possibly our future pf, I’d rather get a true defensive center to control the paint

Most drunks don't type or articulate that well. I'm impressed... But yeah this team couldn't find its way out the bottom 4 if joined the ACC..

There tanking one more time for Chet. Imagine him and Segun on the same team as they begin to mature into real ball players. Man the future will be really nice for houston if this happen. For basketball, give it 2-3 more years. There only like 19.

Even if the geniuses of Clutchfans made the lineups, and Segun played 30 minutes per game, this team would be lucky to win 17 games in a full season, let alone after a 2-17 start.

When you get up in the morning and the light is hurt your head,
The first thing you do when you get up out of bed,
Is hit that streets a-runnin' and try to beat the masses,
And go get yourself some cheap sunglasses.
