This just came to my mid-rise and it's a game changer. Free delivery. No tipping. Delivery within 24 hours or sooner depending on when you order.

Prices are pretty spot-on compared to other grocers.
Plus you can order liquor and beer.

The only thing I see wrong so far is that they have limited items, but that is sure to expand. Unless they die out.

And for those thay live in multi-tenant places and get Avo to contact and set it up at your place? You'll get $250 in credit. Or maybe they send you a check.

But as someone that has used Kroger, HEB, Central Market, Randalls, and Drizly, this is soo much less expensive.

The one part I found funny was that to keep their insulated bags cold they put in a frozen water bottle, so you get free bottles of Kirkland water also.

The logistics of launching a new market sounded insane.

Read a little about it. Nice angle.

Seems very territorial- I wonder if the mob will get involved.

How do they make money? Is it just that they are their own grocery store so they are ok with thinner margins?

Yes. They are a retailer. And I’m not so sure “thinner margins” vs a grocery store is completely accurate. You’d be comparing warehouse operations costs vs operating grocery stores.
