Silas sucks very bad at coaching and managing timeouts / subs. the only thing I’ll give him is that he’s learning from scrub assistants. John Lucas hasn’t seen an NBA playbook since 91. He’s focused on crack head athletes. Jeff Hornysack was only hired because Patrick Fertitta wants to bang his hot daughter.
The comments hit home. There is very little progress and guys are checking out. Everyone looks like they are just going thru the motions just trying to get the game over. Young guys should be pressuring the ball to gain an advantage until they learn how to play good straight up half court defense at least mix it up.

United would fire anyone, Van Gaal, Moyes, the Special One Mourinho and so on. Problem is in the NBA being bottoms up gets you a special seat at the lottery while you get relegated in other sports.
Stephen Silas is about to be the head coach of the two longest losing streaks in the HISTORY of this franchise even dating back to the San Diego days. He will be the sole owner of the 2 worst losing streaks and will only have been on the job for 91 games. Let that sink in.
exactly. I don’t want to hear that many excuses from Silas lovers. The guy just doesn’t know how to motivate his players and install a system. I think this situation (which he did not sign up for) is not his expertise.
If the system is at fault, plugging in Lucas, Hornychick, Diop would not help much either. You would need someone from outside looking in. Tilfart and Stone made the wrong coaching choice once.
