You bred like rabbits back then and bartered your daughters for various goods and services.

It’s called a ‘dowry’ in civilized countries.

    No.

I've got other "interesting trades accepted" though.

What's the exchange rate? How many sheep per daughter? or daughters per sheep, maybe...

No Daughters for **** sake, we're not savages, right? Yall missed me replying to the "back then" part, yeah?

    Right?

Dunno about the exchange rate, but my brother has been trying to get me into breeding meat rabbits, for restaurants and such, so that may throw things out of whack until the market settles.

One of the best swordfights in the series. Well chosen.

Michele Fairley, who played Catelyn ("Cat"), Ned's wife, is an excellent actress, but I agree. She just didn't look the part. Cat was supposed to be a great beauty in her youth, one that "Littlefinger" spent decades yearning for, but Fairley was badly miscast for such an important role, in my opinion. The other Tully sister? Not much of a role, but played the loon well enough.

I’m still waiting on my 2 chickens and a goat. I thought that was the perk of marrying an Indian.

What are you going to do with 1 goat? Or should I not ask?

Yes, I've cooked about 50 of them or so. Young goats are called "kids", that's what you want to eat, not an old one. Old goats are good for eating weeds and brush, milk, and making more goats, which is why I asked what the hell he was going to do with 1 goat.

    :)

I recall goats being called kids. Never thought cabrito was only the younguns. But I did find this.

Of course, my brother has a couple of TN fainting goats. Those are always fun.

I’ve gone 31 years without eating any children.
