I went into this trial with a lot of lack of evidencial knowledge. Watching the prosecution and the video they have and the testimony of their own witnesses, it became clear there was little chance of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The simple charge of a minor carrying an illegal weapon was relatively easily resolved and subsequently tossed. Why the prosecution even brought that charge was ridiculous considering how readily disprovable it was. It was a microcosm of their entire case.
Rittenhouse is going to be sued by his victims' families (and the one guy that survived). That's what guy OJ.
Good luck with that hoss. In civil court the burden of proof is on the plaintiffs. Yeah, I can see the lowlifes’ people that Kyle shot come up with a winning strategy.
Because they gave into the pressure of the mob and the Dems. They tried to convict him on day one starting with that POS we called the president, unfortunately.
Why can't you just admit both sides here are low life's. If you have or hypothetically had a kid, would you want them to emulate the life of Kyle Rittenhouse? And the civil case requires far less burden of proof and the fact that Rittenhouse was irresponsible for being there in the first place with a weapon will play a role in a civil suit case unlike a criminal case.
I don't expect riots, given the race and unsympathetic character of the assailants maybe a few degenerate Antifa types, but their heart won't be in it
