Gee, you would think a conservative republican senator that wins re-election would be popular in a conservative republican state like Texas. Yet in a red state like Texas, 55% of Texans dislike cruz. And my gosh, Biden is more popular than john cornyn (half probably didn't even know who he was).

such BS. If there is one thing I despise is when Republicans act like they were fighting to end slavery and saved the US. All of the men from the confederate army.... well their great great grandchildren are most definitely voting for Republicans now.

    Stupid sh*t

I prefer Cornyn over Cruz. I disagree with him, but at least he’s not a sociopathic fat p***y.

Anyways, It’s pathetic that our state is so stupid that someone with that low of an approval rating can get reelected just because of the letter next to his name.

Ted Cruz is the perfect symbol for the current day Republicans. They’re fat cowards that think they look cool with beards.

that was Cheney's retort to Cancun Cruz's prior attempt to insult her.

    https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/sen-ted-cruz-tries-insult-232451664.html

Cancun was on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show when he accused the Wyoming congresswoman of being more like a Democrat because of the way she has spoken out against the former president.

“I think she falls into the category of people who Donald Trump just broke, just shattered,”

    this was her retort
“Trump broke Ted Cruz,” Cheney replied.
“A real man would be defending his wife, and his father, and the Constitution.”

‘The runner-up is almost always the next nominee’: Cruz says he’s well-positioned for 2024

Sen. Ted Cruz on Wednesday argued he is particularly well-positioned to win the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, citing his second-place finish behind then-candidate Donald Trump in the party’s 2016 primary.

The remarks from Cruz (R-Texas) came in an interview with The Truth Gazette, a conservative news service operated by 15-year-old Brilyn Hollyhand. Asked by Hollyhand whether he would consider launching another bid for the White House, Cruz responded: “Absolutely. In a heartbeat.”

“You know, I ran in 2016. It was the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. We had a very crowded field. We had 17 candidates in the race — a very strong field. And I ended up placing second” Cruz said.

“There’s a reason historically that the runner-up is almost always the next nominee,” Cruz continued. “And that’s been true going back to Nixon or Reagan or McCain or Romney that has played out repeatedly. You come in with just an enormous base of support.”

It is time to start watching out again!
