At no point have I defended rioters? Any violence should have been dealt with law enforcement. As far as I know only one person shot and killed other people.
Rittenhouse will be made an example of. You do not kill goons of the state, it doesn't matter if they chase you across a street, pull your gun away, hit you over the head with a skateboard, or even pull a gun on you to catch you off guard. This verdict will be the death of self defense. Even if he walks, the feds will file charges within hours. He killed two chosen and wounded a third, the goy had no chance.
Prosecution gave the defense low quality version of drone footage (480x212) and then after the trial gave them the HD version (1920x844). They better have one hell of an explination for that. In the trial the prosecution playrd the HD version so they have had it all along.
yes I mean Kyle should have told Rosenbaum to stop and wait so he can take out his phone to call 911 right? I am sure Rosenbaum would have stopped attacking him and trying to take his gun. Yeah only one person shot people, because only one ****ing idiot in that entire riot tried to wrestle a gun away from someone for no apparent reason. Sorry there are consequences to your actions, this isn't even about a riot situation. In a vacccum you do not try to attack someone and try to take his gun for no reason, you wouldn't do that to a gangster on a street corner, you wouldn't do that to a hunter, you wouldn't do that to a police officer, you wouldn't do that to a random guy standing in the streets etc. It's just common sense.
A Mistrial is a coup for the prosecution. It gives them another chance to convict him, maybe with a more baised/easily intimidated jury and baised judge. This was entirely deliberate.
should have told him politely to stop, duh and dial 911 to call law enforcement to deal with this. /s
Then the Feds will. They won't make the same mistake of letting a sympathetic judge reside over the case. The ruling that the Feds and State are different jurisdictions is an all time disaster from the Supreme Court. All but removes Double Jeopardy if a man finds himself the enemy of the ruling adminstration.
So I'm not denying that Rittenhouse didn't have cause in the shooting of the guy that attacked him. But there is a difference in the scenarios of the folks trying to help. Rittenhouse traveled across state lines in an effort to "help". This guy was on the spot when he believed there was a dangerous person targeting and shooting folks. His decision wasn't pre-planned. It was in the moment. The fact that the two had many similarities should give people pause that are calling Rittenhouse a hero while calling this guy a thug. The problems here are many. Fewer armed people would have helped make things more clear and saved lives. Lives were lost, ruined, or caused harm because of the number of legal guns used in legal ways.
He is probably going to get off, but If the Jury decides to make an example of Rittenhouse maybe less people bring guns to riots?
The convicted felon who pointed a gun at kyle is not in jail and i doubt he will be. What you will have is blm and antifa with guns and nobody able to defend themselves
He won't be, he got the charges "expunged", charges that normally result in a minimum of 10 years behind bars. The future will be an open season on white people who try to defend themselves. Expect future riots to look more like pogroms, with the police either standing idly by or encouraging it. Similar to South Africa. You'll also see nobody report self defense killings to the police anymore. Expect tons of stories about "missing" criminals in the next few years.
That's obviously what the posters who are defending these guys want. Luckily the other non violent people who are there to protect property carry guns too.
They'll all be thrown behind bars too. If Kyle's found guilty, expect shootouts with the police after a self defense incident. Many would rather die than risk likely life without parole.
The felon who pulled a gun on Kyle also "Crossed State Lines". Except he got his charges expunged by the corrupt DA. The same DA who pressed charges on a 16 year old girl who killed her kidnapper and pimp.
Don't attack people and you won't get shot. Bottom line: he had every right to be there, he had every right to be armed and he had every right to defend himself. I haven't heard one poster say the other dude who had a criminal record ( something Rittenhouse didn't have) was not only wrong for having a gun being that he was a felon, but he shouldn't have pulled his gun without knowing he was risking getting shot.
Law enforcement has a direct order from the Democrat governor to let Kenosha burn, the doofus Dem even refused help from Washington. Do you think they are going to come and settle this dispute between Rittenhouse and the convicted child rapist? Please!
