“I want to put a lot more thought into it,” Silas said. “I don’t want it just to be like after a bad loss that we’re just gonna flip the switch and change the lineup. I want to give myself a few more hours, a few more days, to kind of mull it over and kind of get a feel for what that looks like.”

“Obviously we’ve been starting off a little bit slow, so getting off to better starts might not be changing the lineup but actually just doing it with this lineup,” he said. “So yeah, I’m not really comfortable answering what I’m looking for, more comfortable taking some time and really getting a feel for what we need.”

“We’re young and we’ve got guys who can kind of let things roll off their backs a little bit, but there is some disappointment in the room, for sure,” Silas said. “And we have to make sure that we are using that disappointment in the right way to propel us and to motivate us instead of being down about where we are and how things have been going.”

This is not what I was hoping to hear. Someone give Coach Silas about a gallon of coffee. Expresso. Maybe it'll help focus his thought process.

 

I think we need to start Gordon over Tate for more offense and let Tate and Nwaba come off the bench. He need to let Sengun to play at least 25 minutes a game. I do not know what Silas is doing

 

Back 2 back, they're resting Gordon.

Who knows, it's the Grizz, maybe we'll get a #2 win.

Porter / Christopher / Martin / Sengun / Wood
P&R with Porter / Wood OR Sengun in the High Post with cut to the basket everywhere. Christopher & Martin bring energy. Green / Tate / Garuba pull 20+ minutes each. Brooks plays some to keep the lanes open.
