He did travel across state lines. That is accurate. He did have a drawn weapon that is accurate. I wasn't talking about the legal charges. I was talking about preventing shootings and killing people. The information was accurate but an attempt for legal charges one way or the other.

Pretty questionable whether he could legally carry it, but he certainly couldn't legally buy it, so he went around the law to do it, though it only seems like the purchaser will be punished. Being okay with what happened, is quite disturbing. 2 people dead because somebody was where they shouldn't be with a gun they shouldn't have had.
There was never proof of a lawful curfew order being in effect that the prosecution presented. That charge was tossed.

No gun laws were broken. He had every right to be carrying that gun. I'm ok with 3 guys attacking a person in the streets being killed. Good riddance. 3 POS you dont have to worry about anymore. I know one of the guys lived but after this I doubt he ever tries to pull that **** again.
