I have never seen something like this, I can't even decide who our best player is.. They are all pretty much on par with inconsistency and just flat out terrible. Even in the Francis days we knew he was clearly our best player and future, we would lose every night but man Franchise would ball every night give us atleast some highlights...

Why do Silas and his chump set of assistants always waste the first half of a timeout having their little iPad discussion away from the players?

Every time out they do sit there and do their little coaches huddle, then rush to get their message across, then the players look disconnected and incoherent when they try to run a play.
