hahahahhahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahhah!!!!!!!! THANK YOU MAN I LITERALLY CRIED OF LAUGHTER FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF
WatchnbaStreams does not have rockets acommentators. Unluckly i am watching opponent commentators.especially after i listened both games from lakers a.hole commentators I think i need some homerism so you are going too much on him.
He's got mush mouth and makes me miss Bullard. Bull and Craig knew each other well so it was more like two doods talking and not, "A Broadcast". Ryan's gotten better and he and Craig are getting a bit of chemistry...very little but some. He's no longer talking through the highlights so that's good. Last night he actually switched topics when the quick highlight(supermo or w/e) changed from one play/player to the next...so he's aware at least. I do like that he's got insider stories on so many players since he played with a lot of them. Overall...meh I got League Pass and watch a lot of games. There are much worse out there that's for sure.
Lately he's been trying to match Akermans authentic enthusiasm with fake enthusiasm so people will think he actually cares about the Rockets It just comes across as forced
It's tough to replace a H-Town legend in Worrell (even though Bill was way past his prime). I'm really not a fan of Akerman or Hollins, so the combo makes it hard for me to root for either one. I'll just endure the announcing, like I am the coaching. Still don't get why Silas didn't challenge that Sengun foul on Nance--he's got to help educate the refs. I know wrong thread.
First off, I don’t get all the Bullard hate. I thought he had the right mix of just enough homerism but not too much, he was knowledgeable about the game and analytics, he brought some humor even if he may have been a little corny at times, and he’s actually got a history with the organization. And he worked well with Bill and Craig. They had chemistry. Ryan Hollins is generic personified. He’s not bad at his job, he’s just very very very very bland.
Bullard's an Houston ICON. Hollin's is not the greatest but he's not bad either. I'd rather have Bullard give player insights but Hollin's is better than nothing. People complain about anything.
HE's does care, we're his employer. Even if he doesn't, it's his job to pretend. Just be happy Bullard got a front office position, and that we don't have to listern to solo Ackerman all game.
I never noticed clear substance from Bullard. His understanding of analytics is “3s are better than 2s” which he repeated ad nauseam
He's not the best, but honestly some of the players on the court are a much bigger problem than a substandard play by play TV duo.
