That's why most of us hang around Clutchfans, so yes, we do believe we are the only people you talk Rockets basketball in depth this much. One of us. @Os Trigonum @tinman
AFAIK MDA was still hired under Alexander. Silas is the only coach Ferntits and his men have to show so far.
Well youre wrong. I get into just a deep conversations on twitter. Thats how I knew that KPJ said the Rockets saved his life and how I know Wood keeps saying something like "keep that same energy" after every loss LMAO
It was related to the Joe Rocket post u responded to. It has nothing to do with patience, Silas was one of the cheapest options 2 years ago, that is one of the reasons he was hired in the first place. I support you being wise and all before you jump to conclusions that being said.
Fo real. I think JVG would be great for this team but I honestly don’t want a new coach until we’ve gotten to a point where even if a new coach came in and somehow had us winning 1/3 or so of our remaining games we’d still be bottom 3. If JVG is up for a mutual feel out on both sides I’d bring him in around game 50 or so to finish up the season.
I think that was more Jalen dominating a lower level of competition in a chaotic environment with no organized defense. From an “organization” standpoint the Rockets summer league team was a mess.
Disagree! Wood has taken several steps backward. Green has learned how to turnover the ball at a ridiculous pace. Christopher is only learning patience as the coach hardly plays him and he may turn out to be the best of the group. Sengun, yes he has played fairly well, but that was extremely evident from his summer league gig and being Turkish league MVP. Garuba has not developed due to giving 100% of his potential playing time to the wonderful Danual House who is a Silas favorite.
Abdelfattah at least knew how to maximize his players at G League. It may be too early for Abdelfattah as HC, maybe assistant first, but I would not mind Kenny Atkinson. He at least is proven to have developed young players to be competitive at NBA level.
