Why didn‘t we accomodate Carmelo more, the way Chris Paul wanted? Intriguing conspiracy.

I don't know but honestly, for the sake of his career, Melo needed that whole drama with the Rockets. He semi-embraced the idea of coming off the bench when he was in OKC and it looked like he still wasn't all that amenable to the role in Houston either. It was only when he basically got dropped by the Rockets that it dawned on him that this is who he's going to have to be--that complementary player instead of a "key" ;) piece of a championship formula--from here on out if he wants to remain in the NBA. He played the good soldier in Portland and he's doing it here in LA.

    S'all good.

We found out there was drama about everyone, MDA, Bzdelik.......later.

I am not sure that is the complete truth but I think you are telling the storyline the majority of the fans believe in.

If there's another storyline out there that's plausible I'd like to hear it. I think there was an article or a soundbite where Carmelo admitted as much--that Houston was him hitting bedrock. That being said, everyone during that process was at fault for not maximizing that opportunity: MDA, Bzdelik, CP3, Harden, Carmelo, etc...

Nah, I meant his time in OKC was a mixed bag as well.

He could have realized something there too, but yes, I do not doubt that the Houston stint was the worst time he had.

I mean it was 10+ games.

Chris Paul still has not told us his full version or details.

He is holding back for his memoir.

The Lakers old geezers will fade as the season progresses. LeBum is already missing time.

PR propaganda to fill seats. Yea, Westbrick is electric alright as in short circuiting the Lakers chances to win this season I would say. So, have the fires in California reached Staples yet? Prophecy?

Given that Russell wont get any lucrative contracts after the one he is on ends, I thought I would do him a solid and help him land his next job.

Questions you should ask a bricklayer
    • Do they have public liability insurance and what does this cover? Should be easy. The public knows his true calling
    • How long have they been trading for? Years and years
    • Can they give you up to 3 references of recent work they’ve completed? LAL, Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets
    • Will they give a guarantee/warranty for the work and how long does it last? Anyone who has seen him knows he is as good as it gets.
    • Will they source all materials and equipment? His hands and natural ability is all he needs

I don't know about all of you, but I think Russ would do well. What do you think?

Yep... Melo needed a few more years of reality hitting him. Lots of players struggled with their initial team before prospering elsewhere... Petrovic, Parish, Lowry, Lamb

Funny how much time they're spending on bashing on Westbrook now that he's joined the famed Lakers.

That said, Shannon Sharpe seems like he's a real fan of Los Angeles and he's genuinely frustrated. I feel ya LOL.
