    Do your research better.

Uncle Jeff improved from 32% to 35% from 3 going from Jazz to Rockets in the same season.

And I'm in hysterics that you stopped at 1 player.

All I had to show you was ONE player, per your challenge.

    You were wrong, its okay.

But it wasn't Morey who made these players shoot 3ball better it was MDA and his system.

Jeff actually shot better 3ball (42%), best in his entire career, following season with Nets. Which was also in MDA system.

lol get your numbers straight the challenge was 3 players buddy...

btw having nothing to do i checked the other guys and it was also not true for mc lemore and covington

out of 4 players cited only house get better at shooting 3s after signing up for houston

mclemore, jeff green, and covington all 3 had better 3pt shooting seasons elsewhere

as per jeff green improving from 32% to 35% it has nothing to do with houston, because he was near 40% 3pt shooter years before playing for OKC, boston and grizzlies..its just a variance or having better looks playing with harden

bear in mind the point of the challenge... morey did not value shooting coaches( and dr lucas is not a good shooting coach)... stone does not value them as well

so the challenge still stands, name me 3 players who become better 3pt shooters playing for rockets(imho pj tucker is the only one now coming to my mind got to check the stats tho)

Don't get me wrong, I'm actually not somebody asking for Wood to be traded. I just think using his individual stats as an argument right now when it's his team play that's the issue is disingenuous.

Green's game is far too undisciplined right now. He kept trying to show up Cunningham instead of concentrating on playing team ball. He can definitely talk the talk but I'm waiting to see him learn how to walk the walk. The kid is only what? 19? I'm with you on Christopher and Porter. Not ready to give up on Wood just yet. If last night showed us anything it showed just how inexperienced this roster is right now. I saw a lot of raw athleticism but a dearth of basketball skills and that should come with more playing experience. LMAO at all of those here wanting to fire Silas because he doesn't have a magic wand that he can wave to transform this team into a playoff contender.

Forgive me, but I actually laughed during parts of this game. Literally burst out laughing. Occasionally at our defense, but mostly at our ... am I allowed to use the word offense, to describe what was going on out there?

Have our players previously met each other? Like, before they walked onto the court?

You're still wrong because those players did become better shooters and even more valuable players after playing in MDA system.

MDA empowered shooters to shoot, that was their role.

    Not playmaking or ISO.

It has only been 2 seasons, how soon we've forgotten how efficient MDA's systems were.

Then every player is under that spotlight, including Green who was focused on personal duel with Cade instead of team win.

But this is primarily a coaching issue IMO.

There are no concrete roles on the team, and if there are roles then players have been given the wrong roles.

The guy who chucked 20 shots last game is clearly the PG the team needs....so the ball will be in his hands enough so that he can chuck 40 shots a game.

Someone they trade for at the deadline. That's unless Silas puts some harder structure into the offense. KPJ has too much freedom in the offense currently, which often leads to bad decisions.

    So until then, KPJ?

If so, then let him take his lumps.

Sure, but I want to see more growth (ex: less turnovers).

    No lol

But this early sample size is not encouraging.

That's where I zero on coaching deficiencies.

That Green hangtime jumper had a bit of Jordan about it last night. Jump and dodge the defender as he flies for the block and Green hit the shot

lol So he should be winning titles already going by some fans.........or that is how you are reacting.

Some fans are overrating what this team should be doing and not looking at how young it is and how long a rebuild will take

no one is calling him a great coach, but you got use to the winning and now can't get use to a rebuild
