But do you agree with me that the tea party folks never burned anything down or aimed guns at people? Simple logic really, if they were to do that, you would never stopped hearing about it just like the Capitol riots or Russia Russia Russia...till dis day.
I mean they were destroying property by throwing perfectly good tea into the water. Seriously though. You are proving my point with your response.
I see what you did there. You’re trying to raise the hypocrisy thing with conservatives, you could have picked a better example than the tea partiers. I was in a few rallies myself. We were the most polite group of protesters that I have ever seen. We picked up all the trash after all the protests. We left the place spotless. I’ve made some friends that I’m still keeping in touch. Lol
You’re wrong. The notes on that trumpet is the theme song of The Loveboat. Captain Stubing in heaven is smiling at that judge today.
Long story short: nobody should be carrying guns in public, and gun ownership needs to be more scrutinized/regulated.
This goes back to the years old question of whether protestors are afforded the same sympathies and rights if they stay beyond curfew and slowly degrade their encampments. I don't think they do, and it's a civil nightmare to assume a degree of safety when the nature of that rebellion/protest desires lawlessness or "self governance". Occupy was mostly seen as peaceful but was still broken up when homelessness, burglaries and sexual assaults started to grow out of control. So was that crazy Seattle commune when they chased out police, then cried to the waaambulance on their borders after people got shot inside it. I personally don't think these "protestors" are victims. They might be martyrs or freedom fighters to those aligned to the cause, but their desperation and the aftermath of "getting people's attention" isn't what I had in mind for positive change. Maybe since I have more to lose, I'd reserve my protests to reasonable hours, go home take a shower, drink something for my throat and begin again the next day...ofc it's easier to critique with a decent paying jerb.
From everything I've seen and heard: the prosecutors suck, the judge sucks, and this should be a mistrial. This is an instant appeal so why are we wasting everyone's future time and money?
Prosecutors suck because they don’t have a case, they’re reaching and they’re desperate and it shows. The judge is having a little problem communicating his thoughts though.
I haven't been able to follow the trial closely today but if the prosecutors did try to portray Rittenhouse's silence following the shootings as evidence of guilt the judge was right to criticize them.
I tend to agree with this as good policy; however, SCOTUS is about to say every American can carry a gun in public regardless of what state legislatures say.
What corporate media outlet is Ayanna Pressly representing in that tweet? It may not be hard to find examples. But I haven't found any, and so far, you're 0 for 2 in your attempts. You would think that they were easy to find, one of us would have found some. I've looked as well and found some examples of him being called a domestic terrorist. I haven't seen any examples from corporate media talking heads.
No and neither has any BLM protest or Antifa protest. In fact, no cities have been burned down, by any rioters or protesters.
Rittenhouse will be acquitted possibly of all charges. Should we be prepared for some good ole rioting? The media is ready for it by the way they have been reporting this trial, priming the pump for some street parties.
