Green is definitely not a franchise player. We'd be dumb to build around Green!

Yes, so potentially a few times per game when KPJ is fouled without a whistle, he won't get back on defense, same as Wood, same as Green, same as most young players.....the rest of the game, he's a solid to good defender.

Green on the other hand is one of the worst defenders in the NBA, but every once in a while, he accidentally stumbles into a decent play.

    They are not the same.

Hell no. Making layups is universal. Him being 19 has nothing to do with anything. Everybody here gets criticized but the foreign guy?

It is about the Team Basketball, not only Jalen.

Alperen Sengun and Jalen Green are the best players on the Team and both are not being used in the Offense correctly.
Jalen needs to play with Alperen more in pick and roll situations.
KPJ iso plays and ballhogging for last second shots while Wood was wide open for a easier shot is a problem.

    You're high.

Green is quite literally the worst player on the team that gets more than token garbage time minutes. It's BS like this that outed you as a Jalen Green fanboi.

Man can you please stop acting like a hater. Youre ****ing annoying. You are clearly no expert and for the billionith time on this board plenty of rookies look awful their first year. They are just rookies and by this time in a couple of years youre gonna look like an idiot for saying Sengun cant make layups lol. Like who targets rookies? You think every rookie looks NBA ready by week 4? You talk like youve never played basketball a day in your life lol

Amusing posts tonight, and very short-sighted. Time will tell. :)

I agree. I'm sure progress takes time and players go through their ups and downs. I think both wood and KPJ will be with us through this season. however, I'm not so sure about next year. a lot depends on who we draft. as I've been saying the top of the draft is mostly bigs. If we get another top 5 pick and probably end up with a PF, I think wood gets traded. there are no PGs that high in the draft to challenge KPJ for his spot, but I could see them using the MLE on a vet PG like they did this year with thies addressing the huge need at C.

I don't get the desire to dump everything on Silas's lap. He looks at the match-ups and goes with the one he thinks gives the team a chance to win. Unfortunately, whatever he picks, it's going to be a crap shoot this year.

As for KPJ, I unfortunately don't see him as a long-term solution for this team. So, I think the best thing is to give him the playing time and opportunities to shine, and maybe his trade value goes up.

It's cute watching you defend KPJ and trash Green. We both know it plays into the fact it fits your Evan Mobley agenda.

No way you can trash Green and defend KPJ. If you want to **** on both that would be fair. You trying to spin KPJ's game as good last night was absurd. He's been trash just like Green

I'm not really defending anyone. KPJ and Green have been the 2 worst players to get significant minutes on the entire team. Evan Mobley has nothing to do with it. Those days are over.

Green fanbois try to blame KPJ for Green being the worst player on the team to get significant minutes, and I just point out how that's stupid.

But you shift everything to make sure you call Green the worst player on the team. Green has been no worse than KPJ (which is like saying which dog took a bigger **** in the yard). You are smart enough to know what you're doing.

Your last paragraph illustrates my point.

It's not shifting anything, Green is currently the worst player on the team that gets significant minutes. That's just the facts.

The only reason KPJ is ahead of him is because he plays solid defense most of the time and has slightly better shooting numbers.

I disagree. They're equally awful but that's besides the point. I don't see you criticizing KPJ nearly as much (in fact you said he was solid last night which is beyond laughable). You're not being honest

I don't criticize him as much, because he's not as bad as Green.

I criticize him plenty though because he deserves it too.

The fact that you don't think 11 and 7 in 27 minutes with good defense is "solid" just shows how laughable your position is.

If Green was capable of that, I'd be thrilled.

Lol thought so there's no way you can competently refute that point.

Run along, better luck next time

No, you're simply not worth the time. You can say "run along" like the Petulant child that you are but I'm not the person who has literally been run off the board and had to beg their way back.

    Let that sink in

You can lie, sure but it's clear you got beat on the facts.

Have done dignity and just skink away and luck your wounds.
