There was also that weak post play right under the goal where he couldnt get up strong enough to finish. He couldve gotten atleast a foul if he had patience to gather his balance.

I was ok with Coach taking Green out for Gordon in the clutch. Green was getting abused on defense and didn't really have his offense going to make up for it. We aren't going to win many games this year, period. It would have been good for morale to get one. What we don't want is to goon a double digit losing streak, winning 1 out of every 4/5 will still have us where we want to be in the lottery.

What I am pissed about is Coach not calling a timeout when C.Wood tried to take on the whole Nugget defense at the end of the game. I can kind of understand not wanting to go against a set defense but we didn't have anything going in transition, just a C/PF trying to play hero ball from the perimeter.

I was already conservative with the win prediction at low 20’s but even that might’ve been too ambitious

Gotcha....but skinny boy needs to use his skills in the paint. It doesn't matter if thats not his game. I've seen illegal immigrants at the park catch a mouse in the house better than this cat. If we needed a SF/PF to jack up three's we could have kept Covington. He can be a pick and roll player when he learns to pass to Green and set better picks. You see Green passed it back. Let my guy be great. He can play the wing and shoot 3's when Sengun is in. Yes we have Theis but I don't see the point in keeping him long.

I think we're a lock to win more than 7... given how we're playing against these good teams. Not that it's a direct reflection on where we're at -- not saying we're only 1 point per 48 minutes worse than the Nuggets, I mean. Enjoying how we're kind of sneaking up on a lot of folks right now.

He wasn’t in jokic on either end.
He took the third most shots.

Theis had one more shot than him but he only missed one shot.

The only other player that had more shots was the fake pg KPJ. He was dreadful. Poor assist and shooting numbers.

Wood did lead the team in turnovers.

They probably do need to involve him more, but not as a primary playmaker. He needs to be involved in more pnr.

Overall though our offense is ugly and there’s not a lot of rhythm to it.

I think the worst thing so far about this season is that Green is going to struggle mightily playing with this group and it’s mostly because KPJ is not a floor leader and Green isn’t being allowed to really be a main ball handler. Everyone is going to look worse with KPJ.

We aren’t getting very many easy within the flow buckets.
    That’s on KPJ and Silas.

Silas is not good coach at developing our young talents. He makes the tanking useless.

We got the high draft pick and Silas treated him like those 2nd round scrubs. Smh.

This quote from him is not in the best interest of the team, Brian.
I agree with the first line because KPJ isn't a floor leader and they're doing him a disservice giving him that role.
But I don't want to see Green being the main ball handler either. It's like the ball is dipped in grease when those 2 handle it, Woods too.
