Most of the time, that might be true. But in the case of Hospitals getting paid to have people die of Covid19, I will be happy to look at any evidence you present that shows they get paid for that. Until then, I will use what I know from the people in my life who work at and for hospitals, my own small experience working for a hospital, and research that I've done.
