With a competent PG this team would actually look decent. KPJ looked controlled for 2 quarters and then went back into his And-1 Mixtape crap in the last two quarters.

At least we didn't see Christian Wood jack up a 3 or lose the game at the FT line.

 

Im just happy Jalen Green wants to shoot those shots.

 

Awesome stuff.

We have a whole lot to be excited about. We saw some growth from some key guys.

Also, we need to be playing Usman instead of Nwaba.

Clear out House/EG/Nwaba/Theis ASAP. We have younger guys ready for minutes.

the frustrating part is that the less he does so to speak the better he is, and the more he does, if you know what I’m saying?

 

Oh I blame none of this on KPJ. He’s a super talented young player and he got something off on a busted play.

I’m mainly frustrated with Silas. But as a young team, it’s going to be hard for Silas to get through to them and keep things disciplined for a while I think.

Holy fck we shot 42% from the FT line

We turned it over 7 more times then then as well. We make a couple more FT’s, we don’t turn it over a couple times, we easily win.

 

I just want to say that Mobley has not been taking people off the dribble and sinking clutch 3 point jumpers over DPOYs. He gets easy dunks and lobs from point guards. He's still good but this is why we got Jalen. If he is doing this in his 3rd week in the league imagine 3 years down the line. This years draft was one of the deepest ever.

 

Exactly. This game at first he was calm and just dictating the pace of the game. I was like oh snap....I can jibe with this.

Then he came out and started doing that dribble between the legs/passing into traffic stuff and was like....oh there it is. Damn.

 

Rockets stopped running hard in the 3rd.
