Right or it could be that I actually watch him play, and see the flaws in his game.... judge him on his actions.... look at the situation he is in and conclude that he is going to have a hard time becoming more than a journeyman player. He has a lot of physical talent and a good feel for the game, but he lacks discipline..... he is a horrendous defender, he is extremely inefficient, he has maturity issues, his shot needs works and he is in an organization that lacks structure or people to show him how to behave like a professional. If he proves me wrong, good for him as I have nothing against him as a person... I just don't think he will ever be the Rockets long term solution at point guard and I also don't think the Rockets are doing him any favors. He is in an incredibly competitive field unfortunately and it is one where you better be ready right away. So you can take your smugness and shove it up your ass.
Seems like a simple housekeeping move, he’s seemingly being given this year and next to develop into a solid starting pg. he’s shown flashes and still has a high ceiling, unfortunately the expectations on this board made him out to be the next JH or a 20/10 guy.
