    To Sacramento:
    Tate
    Harris

    To Sixers:
    Gordon
    Bagley

    To Rockets:
    Hield

Kings need a PF and defense. Sixers need a ball handler and cap flexibility. Rockets need shooting and youth...

Hate to lose Tate but we have other options at the 3... cost for elite shooting...

I have been advocating for acquiring Bagley & building off of @Landry's Tooth

3 team trade: HOU - IND - SAC

IND: Gordon (HOU) + House (HOU) into TPE + King (SAC)

SAC: Warren (IND) + K. Martin (IND) + protected 2nd via HOU

HOU: Bagley III (SAC) + Brissett (IND)

    Everybody wins

    I'm not for trading Wood.

Just playing around with the trade machine and using him is so much fun.

Rockets in: Myles Turner, Patrick Williams, 2026 top 10 protected FRP via Bulls

    Bulls in: Christian Wood

Indy in: Coby White, Thaddeus Young, Danuel House, 2024 FRP via Bulls

Spurs in: Eric Gordon, 2024 2RP via Houston, 2024 2RP from GS via Houston

    Rockets line up

    KPJ/Green/PatWills/Sengun/Turner

    Augustine/Nwaba/Tate/KJ/Theis

With the Rockets likely to pick at 30, I think it's more likely to see the Rockets to swap their second for a first, especially with good teams. Perfect example is the PJ trade last season. I like your trade more if we add a 2nd and take back a first, if Chicago even has their first this year.

    Houston gets:
    Ricky Rubio

    Cleveland gets:
    Eric Gordon

Why, Houston? We need a point guard that can handle the ball, make the right passes, and play a little defense. Rubio's no longer an very very good defender but he's still at least above average on any given night and his ability to distribute the ball (without need to score) is what this team needs. He's probably the only pass-first point guard who can play start minutes that's available right now.

Why, Cleveland? Having Rubio might be a luxury if/when Sexton remembers how to shoot and Garland continues to develop so why not add in a player that can offer your team something it currently lacks right now? Cleveland is 29th in the league in 3 pointers made per game. Having another wing who can shoot and defend wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

    Do it Stone.

In all likelihood, we're dealing with some combination of four players.

Al Horford: Yes, this is where the fantasy starts to fall apart. If the Celtics wanted a point guard in Horford's salary slot, they probably would've just kept Kemba Walker. Let's suspend disbelief on that and assume that this ugly start might change their tune. Horford is making $27 million this season, but would appeal to Houston because of his partial guarantee for next season. The Rockets could waive him and save $12 million in salary.

Josh Richardson: Boston extended him for $12.4 million next season, but would likely take a mulligan on that if offered based on his performance and fit thus far. Still, keeping him as salary ballast likely motivated that extension in part.

Dennis Schroder: Wall would be absorbing most of his minutes, so there's little reason to keep both. Schroder cannot be traded until Dec. 15 as he signed in Boston this offseason.

Juancho Hernangomez: He's making $7 million this season, but is fully non-guaranteed next season and isn't playing for Boston right now. His salary cannot be aggregated with another player's until Nov. 14, 60 days after he was acquired by Boston.

The entire league is justifiably hesitant to take a $90 million risk on a 31-year-old point guard with a lengthy injury history. But the more desperate a team gets, the greater its risk profile tends to become. The Celtics aren't there yet, but if this season continues to go south and short-term winning is a priority, the reward here is great enough to give Wall serious consideration. Unlike Brown and Tatum, he's perfectly happy to pass.

As printed this trade doesn't work ..... The Rockets don't have 4 open roster spots to accommodate this trade but there is a version that could work - One that gets OKC involved in taking on a roster spot and salary - They are currently $23m below the cap floor and will have to take on $$ at some point to get above that figure.

    Wall to Boston
Horford to OKC (pick compensation from the C's)
House to Milwaukee - They need help & have a TPE large enough to take him in opening a roster spot for the Rockets to take back a 2nd player.
Rockets get Hernangomez & Dennis Schroder.

I think the Rockets should aggressively try to attain a low 2nd round pick. Our own would be ideal, but it is owed to Cleveland I believe. The Spurs have the rights to Detroit's, The Pelicans have the rights to Cleveland's and Minnesota has the rights to Washington's.

The reason I feel that these 2nd rounders are important, is because it will allow us to trade a low 2nd round pick for a high first round pick. It's almost impossible to get 1st round picks off of teams in trades, but the trade we did last year with PJ is a way to sneak into the first round.

I really wish there was a way to get OKC's rights to the Clippers unprotected pick, but that would be impossible. I could see the Rockets potentially trading Gordon and low 2nd for filler and a late first. The deal with Milwaukee last year worked out pretty good for them as well.

Yes, I think it will be either Boston of the Clippers, either way we can get some more talent

I can't see it being the Clippers , they just don't have a contract that gets them close to the $36m it takes to match salary - Morris & Ibaka get you to $25.3m .... who else are you throwing in ?

    My trade of the day....
    4 team: HOU - IND - MEM - SAC

IND: Eric Gordon (HOU) + D.J. Augustin (HOU) + Danuel House (HOU) into TPE
Pacers improve their bench in exchange of players who are not currently contributing to try to stay in Eastern Conference playoff contention

    MEM: TJ Warren (IND)
Grizzlies relieve their PG congestion with potential 3 point bench scorer

SAC: Jeremy Lamb (IND) + protected 2024 SRP (31 - 35) via HOU
Bagley is not playing for Kangz anyway; Lamb provides potential bench scorer; pick is more ammunition to acquire Simmons

HOU: Bagley III (SAC) + Tyus Jones (MEM) + OJ Brissett (IND)
Houston picks up front court depth + PG who should be capable of running the offense when needed

    New roster with projected minutes

Scoot (30) TJ (18) Wall (0) (still waiting on Clips or Celts)

    Thrilla (28) Snipa (10) JayGup (10)

    KMJ / Springz (22) Tate (18) Nwaba (8)

    Wood (30) Garuba (12) Brissett (6)

    Sengawd (20) Bagley (18) Theis (10)

I meant to say 31, and the Rockets don't have their second this year, it goes to Cleveland i believe.
