I still take pride in the Rox 1994 Championship. They beat whoever was in front of them legitimately. Jordan or no Jordan, doesn't matter regardless what the press or Jordan jock riders have said. Indeed. No Jordan or Kobe or Magic or Duncan ever had to win a championship totally without home court advantage and against three teams in a row that averaged 60 wins like the 95 Rockets.

Olajuwon already knew how to take down a champion, such as in 1986 when they toasted Magic, Worthy, Abdul-Jabbar and Mitch Cupcake 4-1, supposedly the "greatest team of all time." Who's to say he couldn't do that against Jordan and the early '90s Bulls? There was just that presumption Jordan was automatically going to win it when upsets do happen in sports. So that doesn't take away what the 1994 team accomplished.

The Houston Rockets were the only 80's Western team to dominate the Showtime Lakers. Jordan never got past the prime Celtics in that time frame. Jordan should never be a benchmark for the Rocket's back-to-back rings. A back-to-back in the NBA is not something to ever be tarnished.

Coming back down 3-1 against the juggernaut Clippers in 2015 will always be legendary.

As far as I know, the Astros in 2017 had a significantly better road record and they beat the Dodgers twice in L.A. Game 7 was there for the Dodgers' taking and they fell flat in their own stadium. Cheater schmeeter stuff.
