    Yes it's sad that many have been duped by the false narrative that Kaepernick and other football players kneeling is an attack on the military.

    The action of what Tebow and Kaepernick did is the same, the reasons might not be, but in the end both took a knee on the sidelines not during play and to me that pretty much should be as relevant as it is to the game.

    This is part of a larger narrative where people who are on the right try to keep an issue alive in order to bash it. It's like their piñata was going away and they weren't done beating on it, even though most of the other kids at the party are no longer interested. They will do everything they can to keep taking swings.

    They don't pay as much attention to any issues they are for. All of the energy goes to blasting 6th and 7th tier outliers instead.
