Must win tomorrow and I think they’ll do it since I will be unavailable to watch. Win tomorrow and it’s best of 3 with 2 at home just like against Boston. I think Haillon behind the plate and that **** weather really hurt the offense. Tomorrow will be much better.
It would not surprise me one bit if they pull another Red Sox and sweep the next three games. However, I could equally see us losing the next two, and losing in 5. Who knows? All I know, the bats need to wake the f**k up.
Right in that case why even bother getting on an Astros forum... What about Correa in center for his arm, slide Breggers to short and put Chazzy Fizz at 3B. Yuli slides to LF and Yordan takes his spot at first. 1. Yordan - 1B 2. Tucker - RF 3. Chazzy Fizz - 3B 4. Greinke - P 5. Altuve - C 6. Castro - 2B 7. Yuli - LF 8. Breggers - SS 9. Correa - CF
Didn’t think you were, for the record. I was just commenting on what I saw. Alvarez was not patient tonight and had an at bat where he would not stay on pitches and go to left field, which he did really well in the ALCS. He actually did hit some balls to left, so he wasn’t trying to pull everything. But, he wasn’t working counts.
the dude who is about to leave and get paid 400 million bucks needs to step up. Altuve has delivered time and time again, starting pitching has stepped up, bullpen has been legit, alvarez was ALCS mvp etc. We need the dude who's supposed to be a super mega star to actually do something with his high leverage at bats. The amount of times he's dissapointed with 2 outs and multiple baserunners on is getting old. He's super overdue for a gut check moment.
Astros will bounce back.. we are a resilient team. Braves is not that good team. They just got lucky beating dodgers because of injuries.
