Could be worse though, he could be the kind of pathetic little loser who wants the players on his own sports team to fail so he can troll online. Imagine how **** that would be?! Like damn.
Like that first season with Steve Francis sucked This is what it reminds me of Except there’s more talent here than Steve
We are too reliant on the 3 to my liking, cannot wait for the days where it’s option 1-3 involving Sengun.
I shut it off at halftime. Still a long way to go for this team. Sengun looked out of sorts, especially on defense where he wandered a lot. Gobert was a problem for this team offensively. Because we couldn't hit shots and Gobert was shutting down drives, the Jazz guards were cherry picking out to get on breaks, anticipating misses. Snowballed very quickly after the first quarter. Wood couldn't drive to the basket against Gobert and his pull up game was nonexistent. KPJ continues to struggle with making quick decisions. He relies on hesitation too much, and he too often is wide open for a 3-5 foot shot, only to hesitate and take the ball all the way out to the top of the key. I don't know why he hasn't developed a short floater and near-basket jumper yet, and I don't know when/if he will. The team couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, and a lot of the 3's were open. Defensively, this was the same story last season: we can't play against teams with agile big men. Jokic, Embiid, Ayton, Gobert, etc. ate us up. Theis is the only true center on this team, and he doesn't seem like the answer, and Wood is far too frail and undersized to bang with guys 50+ pounds heavier than him.
I admire the commitment to lack of self-awareness. Imagine making over 2k posts a year for 10 years so you can root for players on your own team to fail? They should create a new entry in the DSM around that, it's truly remarkably tragic.
You're starting your rookie year much like Jalen Talented, but over-eager and misfiring too many shots. I'll let you in on a secret, I'm not rooting for anybody to fail... but even if you find someone who is on this forum (rare) I wouldn't advise spending your time getting all worked up about it.
Youth really showed tonight the Jazz know exactly who they are as a team and everyone knows their place, we have no clue who should be our shooters, when to move off the ball, who should leak out on the break, just so little chemistry. All because we are just so super young......this is all stuff that will come with time, but right now, we are playing guys that probably on a championship or playoff team would be end of the rotation AT BEST.... DD
Cute that you think I'm worked up. I'm happily sat here blazing, unlike MR 25 THOUSAND POSTS (damn) this forum means very little to me. I just like talking about my favourite sports team and find those who spend all of their time here doing nothing but criticise the people they're supposed to root for beyond tired. But cool, you do you I guess.
I'm not arguing with you or anyone. But this is not Porter's first time running PnR. Started 23 games last season and was 31.2% (Ast%) and is 29.7% (Ast%) this year Harden first year with Houston 25.7% (Ast%) So define superstar? Player who is elite overnight without making mistakes or a player that takes his lumps and learns from his or her mistakes while becoming really good? What is the difference this season? Wall was there to help in between plays, Olynyk knew what he was doing on offense during the Porter stretch. Wall was Catch-n-Shoot 38% from 3 and Olynyk was money from 3 as a Rocket. Amazing what spacing will do to an NBA offense. All these rookies thrown into the mix has created a cluster **** situation. But sure, we can blame Silas all day until the cows come home. It's the cool thing to do.
