    But that's not what you said. You said you don't like people who support guys and trans. I wholeheartedly support them. They deserve to be treated with equality.

    I have a number of gay friends and acquaintances. Every single one is a credit to the human race.

    As a mechanical/manufacturing engineer who interacts with assemblers and machinists all the time, no they aren't easily replaceable. We have dudes who have 20+ years of experience machining and assembling and if they are replaced by some novice, it would harm our production timelines by quite a bit.

    @tinman jokes about art history dropouts quite a bit but the irony his knowledge in industrial/manufacturing fields is as limited as a art history dropout.
