KMJ is averaging several more points per game playing a third of the minutes that House plays. House is shooting 0% from the field in 13 minutes a game. That’s ridiculous and it’s critically hurting the bench production of this team. He brings nothing to this group other than average defense, low iq ball, and turnovers. Needs to switch roles with the jumping jack KMJ.
We are three games in and they very well could be playing him to showcase him for a trade so they CAN give Martin more minutes.

Yeah KJ Martin needs to get as many reps as possible. No need for a young player like KJ who was productive last year to be sitting on the bench in a developmental year. And if Augustine is not going to have an impact, I rather give those minutes to Josh Christopher.
I wouldn’t just hand the minutes to KJM automatically. They should let him, Jaygup, and Garuba fight it out. I’m guessing KMJ would end up winning, but Garuba is already showing elite defense in very short stints.
Even the Clutch Bear could outperforms Daniel House. Danuel House's presence on the court unnecessary. He couldn't do anything positive in all three games he played, but he always finds a chance. Pretty annoying.
He sure is playing out of whatever trade value he has. Stone just needs to release this guy so Jalen can get number 4 and KJ can get his minutes. This isn't rocket science.

The guy’s head is just not very straight, I could tell by all the rambling about his rap career at media day. It’s too bad, because the talent is definitely there.
House needs to start playing better so we can trade him. Gordon needs to stay locked in too. Sooner we trade them the better.
House is not a good NBA player when he is asked to do more than just do Catch and shoot 3's and some slashes.
Showcasing House hasn’t worked in the past and it’s definitely not working now. He has been atrocious. Just get rid of his ass for good.
I think I'd like Christopher and especially Garuba to get minutes in G-League. I assume that's what will happen. I've also been disappointed by KMJ's lack of playing time. I agree that it's likely the Rockets are just biding their time, and House and Gordon will be traded midway through the season. At which point KMJ will become a regular rotation player. I must say, if they are "showcasing' House then it's been a big failure so far. Maybe more advantageous to just eat his salary and hope he becomes trade fodder, and let Martin play.
EG/House are being showcased for a trade, there's no question. The difference is that EG is still productive and can up his value, while House seems to hurt his value whenever he plays. The young guys (KMJ, JC, Garuba) will eventually take their minutes, we just have to be patient.
