0-0 on free throws through three games. Lol. Ridiculous.

maybe he never gets the benefit of the call. But assuming he eventually goes to the line and eventually starts making more twos… as the kids would say… he gucci

Not a bad list for him to be on!

Worth noting that LeBron didn't score 30 until the 17th game of his rookie campaign.

worth noting that Lebron also scored 40 (45 pts) at a younger age than Green’s 30 ... by almost 200 days (19yrs 88 days)

I have literally never seen this posted anywhere, yet every single thread contains "everyone else thinks he's a bust," somewhere on the first page.

Are Green fans delusional? Do we need to bring back the only fan label to identify people that don't understand the idea that Mobley being good doesn't mean Green is a bust?

    Discuss?

When we’re talking +/- of only few 100 days, I don’t think strict age is as much a measuring stick as time in the league. Green might get 40 in less games than Lebron, despite Lebron already holding youngest to 40

but by that measure (games — when roughly same age), Trae and Ja also scored 30 pts in their 3rd game.

I've seen him drive AND get fouled, however he didn't get the call. The kid is 19yrs old. We all need to give him time. But to get 30pts in his 3rd NBA game is remarkable

The league is in a temporary "over-correction" period of not calling fouls, which I expect to cool off later this season since its a bit overtuned at the moment. Green likely could have ended up with 34-36 had he gotten the calls he deserved.
