I see a lot of naysayers in here but let’s give credit where credit’s due. These Texans put on a hell of a show and almost doubled their offensive output from last week. #movingintherightdirection

The texans need tape on other players too, and you aren't getting that with bad qb play

We tried to balance our offense scoring (field goal) and defense scoring (safety). I like it

if we play our brand of football, we'll have a chance in all of our games. We've just got to play better football -dumbass owner

I assume the Cardinals will nominated BoB into their hall of fame or retire a BoB jersey or some sht.

Man single handily change the trajectory of their franchise.

Yeah, kick a Franchise while its down. Classy. The NFL stands for "Not For Long". Remember that Kliff. Things can change in a hurry.

They will be watching the super bowl from home the same as the Texans.

That was for his team, not a press conference, and he's not exactly wrong.

U say that but I rather b the fan cheering for a team that is undefeated right now rather than whatever sht show this is every Sunday.
Like how can u get hype on a team that got outscored 8 to 102 in the last 3 games?

I remembered u said that same exact sht when we gave up Hopkins for Johnson, our team on opposite spectrum/trajectory. Is it your way of coping?

I mean it’s just a fact man that’s just the name of the game.

Only one team is named super bowl champions and if my odds are taking Arizona to win it all or take the field then I’m taking the field.

I guess with that mindset wouldn't life be more fun as a bandwagoner?

Like I get being that pessimistic for sht teams like the lions and Texans, but I think the undefeated Cardinals has a chance to go far. I rather they or the la rams win it all/make it to the super bowl

My team is the Texans and any team that is affiliated with Houston. My favorite out of the three is prob Rockets > Astros > Texans
But u know when u know your team is hot garbage, in order to enjoy the sport u got to root for others or something cool u would like 2 see.

Their whole offense is Murray running around, waiting for some to get open. He really doesn't throw from the pocket. Better teams can stop that.

Fun. Getting mad at the opposing coach's postgame lockeroom speech to his team is the highlight of Texan Fanboy Weekend.

    Same as it ever was.

They do have very way much more better than a .00000001% chance to play in the Super Bowl at any time in the next 5 years, so...

as a fan of the hometown team and sports entertainment in general...wouldn't that be great?

This was the most irrelevant game in Texans history if we are being honest.

But the most important transaction in the history of the franchise might be made this week, and it would also be a colossal mistake to do it now.

All I know is we need younger, better football players.

It's nearly impossible to watch this team. I've watched every game they've ever played, but my limit is being pushed. I'm waiting until an hour after the game starts and keeping it on record mode. It's not worth 3-4 hours of my time. I just can't. I'm still watching, but I refuse to watch this trash live where I can't blow through the nonsense.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I hate to be this guy, but I think we should keep in mind: Davis Mills is a 3rd round rookie QB. I'm not saying he can't develop into a good player, but it isn't happening overnight. It's gonna take years of grooming, and honestly it should take years of learning on the bench.

You put Davis Mills on the Cardinals and they are almost certainly 1-6 or worse.

Don't be fooled by a few completions here and there. He's been way worse than any QB the the league, including Fields, Wilson, and others. His YPA is by far the lowest in the league. His completions mean nothing. He's had one good (lucky, but give him credit) game. That may be the lone time this season.

Spread vs. the Rams? I think it finishes at -14.5 (would be 20+ if on road).

I get it and all, but things can turn around a lot quicker than most people are giving credit for. I get this is a complete teardown, but a few recent examples:

    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/sfo/2015.htm
    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/sfo/2019.htm

    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/ram/2013.htm
    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/ram/2018.htm

    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/den/2010.htm
    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/den/2015.htm

    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/sea/2009.htm
    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/sea/2013.htm

I'm sure there are more and probably better examples, but my point is look at how different those teams are at nearly every position. That shouldn't be surprising. The Texans themselves have 30+ new players on a 53 man roster.

With high draft compensation and cap space, Caserio can get it turned around. Will Easterby and Cal GTFOOTW and let him do his job?

    meh.
