Hang in there. My dad is going through the same thing right now. It’s brutal and unfair. Also really puts into perspective that none of this matters, it’s just a nice distraction. I hope your pops keeps the fight going!

awc you hang in there as well. Hopefully your father gets through this. You are absolutely right, none of this really matters. It's ALL about our family and loved ones!! Keep the faith and both of you please keep us updated on your dad's.

A real revenge tour would include the Mets, but they suck. I guess steroids and cocaine don't give you that edge anymore.

I recall finishing Football practice & we went in and the game was still on. I think it started at 1:00? That game lasted forever, and as much as I was angry with Bass in that game, Dave Smith ruined it.

It was fun seeing a Rainbow Jersey with Scott 33 on it today though.

Plenty of blame to go around. Astros had 1st and 3rd with 1 out and 3 runs in the first and Lanier had Ashby squeeze when they had been knocking Ojeda around.

Hatcher misplaying Dykstra's catchable ball to open the 9th into a triple. Lanier leaving Knepper in too long in the 9th.

Does Dusty get credit for the mound visit to Valdez for a pep talk?

I knew the moment he stepped out there that Valdez finishes the inning. Love going with the old school mentality instead of r****d analytics that say you should pull your top pitcher the moment he runs into trouble after cruising through his entire start.

    Looking at you, Cash.

2 GAMES in post season baseball feels like a decade. Each inning fells like a season.

I suggest a pitcher. But then again I remember someone suggesting Maldenado could pitch because of his electric arm and someone else suggesting Castro behind the plate for his bat. Maldy to Castro battery? Hmmmm.

But seriously, I have Odorizzi penciled in until we get a formal announcement.
