Good thread. I usually cook the bejeezus out of my chicken because I'm afraid of it being raw. I can't seem to get the timing just right.
Marinade it. Bag it, throw in spices and olive oil. wait 3-4hrs minimum and use a meat thermometer, aim for 160 for a few min. always comes out perfect for me on the grill.
