I'm not sure how to feel about this. Either the Texans got the boatload of picks that they've been looking for or they have been given word it's going to get worse with Watson and they have to get rid of him quick.

 

Recover to what? The high standard of texans?

 

I don't think a deal would be this close to being finalized if Watson's legal situation was about to take a turn for the worse. The fact that a deal is this close to getting done just confirms to me that these were always baseless allegations to begin with. Dolphins probably had their own people looking into the situation to see how true the allegations were and keeping up to date with the legal developments.
