Anyone will join the NBA league pass premium? It support two devices at once so we can share the price.
dunno if getting into a contract with strangers is a good idea breh. side note: y they call it "strangers" doe? as a woke, i find it offensive
I know it’s a joke…but I don’t follow the logic. What am I missing? How is “strangers” “offensive?” Again, I know it’s a joke — I just don’t get it. Do I need more coffee and cocaine?
like calling someone strange cus you dunno them. amirite or wat? also coffee makes me sick, but cocaine doe
Ahhh I get it now derrrr lol I’ve never done cocaine in my life. But coffee doesn’t do the trick anymore, so maybe I should switch… I get paranoid about taking too much ibuprofen, no way I’m doing cocaine. I had surgery on my spine and stopped taking pain killers after 3 days because I was afraid I’d become addicted lol
On the topic of league pass: 250 for all teams + classic games and no commercials on live games (how does that even work? We just watch the actionless court during the commercial breaks?) 199 for regular league pass (all teams) 120 for one team 10 for audio I feel like it used to be much cheaper.
It definitely was. Especially 8-9 years ago when you could share your league pass subscription with like 8 of your friends. Now it's one device at a time.
i remember before finals a few of us studied at that post oak starbux and drank coffee and shots till midnite. well i went home shortly after and slept like a baby. coffee is a scam
No commercials really pays off when you start watching the game on-delay, like 30 minutes after it starts. Then you fast forward through the timeouts and halftime to catch up in the 4th Q, reducing the amount of time sitting through a game. With commercials, you can’t fast forward through them, when watching on delay. As for what they show, sometimes it’s what the fans are seeing during breaks, which is pretty cool. But sometimes it’s dead air saying “will return to the game shortly”. if you want to reduce amt of time watching games, while still seeing the 4thQ endings Live, no commercials pays off, imo.
Rockets are blacked out if you live in Houston. FuboTv and Direct Tv have “streaming services” that cost 70 a month that have local sports channels. I’ll keep watching with online community for free. I’ve heard something about getting a VPN service, changing your location to India, and that would both bypass all local blackouts, as well as reduce the price by a lot. Never tried it though.
So basically it’s like ordering regular LP through cable with DVR. Not worth the extra 80 unless you want classic games. I don’t have cable though unfortunately. I order either through Amazon or online and stream from laptop to TV. When I had cable/DVR I would always start games late so I could at least get through half the game without commercials.
I’m currently doing the India VPN thing…paid $13 for LP, and it works with no blackouts or restrictions giving me all games local and national
