    the least they could do is wait until the 4th quarter to get down by 20 instead of it consistently being sometime during the 2nd

    As you should...I'm actually digging deeper and talking those people that are looking for these youngins to gel and show progression... I hope I'm wrong but I see a team of isolation players looking to get theres( except Tate and Seguin) ... A better coach with a system would keep us from becoming the TWolves and Kings over the next few years... They always have talented players that don't buy in to team progression...

    I'm with you and agree based on what we've seen so far, but still hoping that Silas has not had enough time to make a difference. I really want him to succeed since he seems like such a good dude and paid his dues.

    This a thousand times. A system is a group work with same purpose. We saw this with the Spurs. We are young, deep and talented; many variables that normally don’t work well together. Hopefully Silas can do things most can’t and find productive and teaching so we aren’t making the same mistakes game after game. I am a believer in one positive percentage point equals growth. If we are a better team / player after the game everytime then in time we will be champions.
