    Solomon has 14 innings pitched in the Big Leagues and has been off for over a month. He should not be in consideration at all for a place on the roster.

    As far as I am concerned Garcia cannot start another game. I like him long term, but he is not going to give us a chance to win in these playoffs. I hope Greinke is ready to go...I'd even roll with Javier, he's looked great in relief.

    If Greinke/Javier go game 4 your options for the game 6 starter are Garcia or Odorizzi. Urquidy maybe if it’s a must win and he pitches well tomorrow. That’s where the Astros are at. I’m not sure if the Astros want Garcia to pitch more then they just need him to.

    Think you can measure Garcia within one batter. Last game was over throwing. If he's wild you get him out of there. He's a rookie, but he has to learn how to start in the playoffs and be aggressive in the zone.

    Throwing on the side and in a Playoff game is totally different. Taxi Squad is EMERGENCY only use.
