That sonuvabitch. Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage.

A hamster has been trading cryptocurrencies in a cage rigged to automatically buy and sell tokens since June - and it's currently outperforming the S&P 500

    The "Goxx Box."

    • A hamster named Mr. Goxx has been trading cryptocurrencies in a rigged box since June.
    • The hamster determines which crypto to buy or sell by running on a wheel and strolling through one of two tunnels.
    • Since it started trading on June 12, Goxx's crypto portfolio returned 24% as of Friday.

Institutional investors do not accumulate at the top. Exchange inventories are at an all time low. Once ETF's hit, institutional investors will no longer be able to keep the price low. Retail will be trading way past 100k. I wont be surprised to see 160k. I am also not convinced there will be a massive crash and a 4 year crypto winter. I do believe this will be the last 'get rich quick' event for crypto and we will turn from speculation to investment.

Interesting thought; El Salvador does not want their citizens to hold Bitcoin. They are perfectly happy holding state BTC in Lightning nodes and allowing the market to exchange through their remittance channels. The government will keep collecting Lightning dust and trading it out for USD to the populace.

The SEC hasn't approved it yet and this is a futures ETF. A bitcoin ETF backed by .... dollerz.

    100%.
As amateur traders learned a long time ago; leveraged BTC gets rekt. A dollar backed BTC ETF simply backs institutions and retirement into spot over the long term. 288k BTC is going to hurt a lot of leverage traders. Bitcoin Badger DGAF either.

If the SEC approves it, I'm thinking pro traders/hedge funds may love this. Not sure. A futures ETF is probably going to be good for people wanting to arbitrage but may not be so good for people wanting to track BTC, though. Meh. Just buy bitcoin.

Can be useful after the next big crash to pick some up in an IRA for tax free gains. Hopefully the futures ETF can track it better than GBTC.
