    I think dusty pulled Lance early so he can pitch game 2 at home versus the red Sox. We gotta win at home versus Boston. Valdez/Lance can win us both games as long as our offense shows up. Steal one on the road and book your trip for the world series

    I did. Why not? He pitched well, and it gives you more flexibility for 8 and 9.

    I don't know. Dusty doesn't seem like a guy who would want to get ahead of himself given his history. Him pitching the second or third game doesn't really matter that much.

    Won't they have to start Garcia at some point? Would rather he pitch at home than at Fenway. Give him the home crowd to cheer him on. I have more confidence in LMJ and Urquidy to be okay on the road.
