Don't for get to mention in those same two years….

Watson signs massive extension then months later demands a trade and gets caught up in 22 sexual assault cases.

Hopkins wanted a raise to make 27 million a year after the Texans had just gave him an extension before that.

Watt - misses a ton of games due to injury

Mathieu - leaves for the money

Clowney - still ends up being a bust for the 1st overall pick

Bob - wanted to get fired and completely destroyed the team.

True! And I think all of that and I do mean all of that stems from Cal McNair's incompetence.

Deshaun - should still be playing. his problems, are just that, his problems and that will play out in court. I believe if Cal would had let Deshaun in on the process of hiring the HC and GM, Deshaun would be playing.

Hopkins - this was a personality issue between B O'B and Hop. You don't trade a Top 3 WR. Cal should've handled it like his Dad did with B O'B and R. Smith, called them into the office and spoke to the both of them....work it out.

Watt - it was time for Watt to be traded. When he was injured during the playoffs and Clowney held up the Defense, I would have traded him then. Another bad organization move.

Mathieu - they let him walk. They should've signed him during the season, rather than wait until after the season.

Clowney - another personality conflict with B O'B. Cal gave B O'B too much power

With Cal, Nick and Jack, this is why I'm not excited about getting a high draft pick.... it's hurtful

His “problems” are more than just “problems”

Between Dusty Baker, David Culley, and Stephen Silas all outdoing each other, we really have a trifecta of dumbassery coaching our professional sports teams right now.

I'm not going to put Silas in that, yet. But these other 2 are just absolute bummers.

We all know its highly unlikely that Culley is overseeing the next successful Texans team (whenever that may be...), but he made significant errors yesterday... downright never-event type errors... if this team had a semblance of expectations, he'd be rightly criticized ad-nauseum for them. But alas, this team has never been further out of the pulse of the Houston sports spotlight in their existence, and the apathy outweighs the anger.

That is easily one of the top 5 most Texans pictures of all time.

Yeah. Wasn't expecting this many mistakes for a guy who's been in the game as long as he has. Just goes to show you how some of the basics of clock management, field position judgement, and basic rule interpretation go out the window for some head coaches.

With all their headsets and communications, you'd think they'd have this stuff all figured out... have an over-seer explain things like they're in pre-school.

Of course that still wouldn't have prevented whatever they were trying to execute on that punt yesterday.

It's almost like there was a reason no team ever even felt he was worthy of being a major coordinator, much less coach.

I hope the apathy we are seeing leads to something, but with Tommy Boy in charge I'm not holding my breath.

The only thing that will influence real change is real loss of revenue. They've somehow been recession proof despite some really lackluster years, but this is a whole new level of dis-interest that the McNair's have never had to see.

When Houston checks out on a team... they go full steam ahead.

I don’t know how a coach who’s been in the league for 27 years could make these mistakes. I’m rooting for him but there are multiple glaring mistakes weekly -

Need more empty seats like yesterday. That's a ton of stadium revenue staying at home. Sponsors notice those things as well.

Believe it was Pancakes who kept saying Caserio is on the headset during games. Not sure if true or if he’s just not willing to intervene, but holy hell Culley has been completely incompetent in situational football.

Please don’t use “situational football”. It brings back too many Bob memories.
