If Houston is up headed into the 6th with Garcia looking fatigued, it would be a good time for a starter to finish it off. Greinke? is he available?
I can imagine Greinke and Rodon relieving the starters. It's an elimination game and I hope the Astros are as eager to close the series out as the White Sox are to keep it from happening.

Luis Garcia is the Joseph Smith of Latin America. More concerned because Garcia’s been awful in September, hopefully it’s fatigue and he’s great after 10+ days of rest.
Usually when they have two players with the same name, they are both listed. I had to go back door through the Houston Pitchers to get his stats.

He’s also been pretty bad on the road. I would have an extremely quick hook on him and probably take a chance on Greinke if he struggles early.
greinke does not match up well against CWS. Was kind of surprised he got the nod over Odo but I won’t question the Stros. If Garcia struggles I think we try to get some extended innings from Javier, but of course it all depends on the circumstances of the game.
He struck out 226 in 165 2/3 innings. His last 3 starts….14 2/3 innings, 12 hits and one run. Four walks and 22 K’s.
How is this relevant to what I posted? He pitched against the 30th, 22, and 21st ranked offense in the league the last three games. None of those teams finish above 500. read the post next time.
This is what sucks about Correa potentially leaving. Springer and Correa leave in back to back seasons.
Alvarez and Tucker had the most at bats on the team with runners in scoring position. Both were top five in the league. However else you build the lineups during the year, that doesn't happen.
