Carmelo and Westbrook both 1-7, lulz. When you have two of the best offensive players in the league, why would you want to bring in inefficient bricklayers like Melo and Westbrook? I feel like the Lakers got worse in the off-season…
Seems like Lebron and co spent too much time on socmed and not enough time in the gym lmao. GSW has one of the best youbg cores it aint even a joke. Poole, Wiseman, Kuminga and Moody. I'd be salty AF if we didnt have KPJ, Green, Sengod, Kmart Jr and JC.
trade him while he still has some value, while the young guns are talented you aint winning nothing with or without him anytime soon...
Not sure if serious. Warriors aren't rebuilding. Steph is still great, Draymond is still good and both will be even better then they are now, if Klay comes back to be anywhere near 100%. They can easily replicate a Suns' Finals run if Wiseman makes a solid jump in his progression, this season. That's how good they can potentially be.
Agreed. Send him to Philadelphia and get Simmons. What's better than having one "Draymond Green-style" player on your team? Having TWO "Draymond Green-style" players on your team.
When did Jordan Poole become so shifty? I’ve watched this dude in preseason, and he’s pulling up from DEEP too.
Westbrook is a joke. I think he had like 3 straight turnovers at 1 point, and he had 2 airballs and a hideous bank shot brick. his game is so ugly to watch
move was so filthy…he’s been looking niiiice saw him just pulling up oh so casually from like 30 feet against Portland
cmon now why double criteria?... klay suffered 2 of the most debilitating injuries IN A ROW and didnt play basketball for years... the old klay aint coming back probably never....dray is a lot older and cant shoot, father time is coming soon for steph...he has no time waiting for klay to become 100%( even if it would be possible).... they are only fooling themselves if they think they gonna win anything with this group... if so then why thread the water and settle for mediocrity? trade everybody for picks while their value is at the peak , tank few years developing kuminga and moody etc... the next 2 draft classes are filthy good and in a few years of rebuild you may hope to become a serious contender lololololol i know it doesnt sound promising and its a lot of waiting and sucking but its the only way... Its the reality of the situation...
if klay..... if wiseman.... if if if if... a lot of ifs lol the sunslike runs happen once in a decade and it never happens easily especially now in the era of superteams of superfriends.... btw gsw used up all their luck for this century already they better not delude themselves thinking they can even sniff to winning anything and miss on chat holmgren and emoni bates.... then it will be even worse...they wont be able to get a good value for steph klay and dray and were destined for a decade or even more of mediocrity
Uh, cinderella runs happened with the Suns. Happened with the bubble Heat. Happened with the Kawhi Raptors. That's 3 consecutive Finals. So much for "once in a decade." (Happened with the 2011 Mavs, too. FWIW) In case you're keeping count, that's 4 times in a decade. Your takes are so incredibly bad. First off, there's no guarantee that the picks they get back will be #1 or #2 overall. You're not actually trading your best players for a Chet Holmgren or an Emoni Bates. You're trading them for complete unknowns. Second, the team that gets Curry and/or Thompson and/or Green will range from mediocre to good. In other words, they won't be as bad as you think; thus, the picks won't likely be high. Third, you don't trade a core like this, even if there are question marks with Klay. The Nets and the Lakers are the two standouts of the entire league, and they have superteams. By your logic, every other team should trade away their superstars and hope the draft picks they get back will be good, because why even compete? Nobody is unhappy with the situation in GS. Neither Draymond nor Curry doesn't seem to be mad that their team was trash before they got Wiseman nor angry at the world for what happened to Klay. Even though they didn't get to the playoffs in consecutive years, everyone is optimistic about playing basketball. Breaking up the Warriors now would be like breaking up a mid-2010s Spurs (with their aging big 3 and budding superstar Kawhi). Curry, Thompson and Green are all aged 31-32. Not at the tail ends of their basketball lives. It'd be so stupid to break them up now. But if you do? You'd have to hope that the picks you get back turn out to be high. Then you have to hope that the player you draft is good. Then you have to hope that you're able to sign some good pieces to go with them. Then you have to hope that everyone stays relatively injury-free and drama-free.
They cant he is their Dirk. Plus Steph is a shooter he can still contribute till he is 40 or w/e. We'll have to see how fast their kids grow I mean honestly Poole looks ready to take Klay's spot RN.
Btw how insane is this draft? I think this is easily the deepest draft in the last 10 yrs. Almost every team in youtube has "XXX is the league's best kept secret" type of videos. This is esp true with players picked in the 20s and later on. I dunno how many of these kids are gonna be stars but majority of them are gonna have long careers in the NBA.
Btw where all the Suggs Stans at? I remember quite a few people saying Suggs should be go 2 as well lol.
GSW is not a bad team and maybe playoffs. But their payroll is pretty high for non-top 3 contending team. 184 mil in lux tax this year.
