    With a hurt Rodon no longer matching his early season velocity, they were kind of stuck. He would have been an ideal game 1 starter. Lynn had to start one of the first 2 games, so they were kind of stuck.

    Biggest hindsight criticism may just be the strategy of his pitches. Sure you can be mainly a FB pitcher but 74/76 FB's is asking for trouble.

    Yeah, but Croquet is a high leverage RP for them. Why give the Astros hitters an early look at him in a game that is probably done.
