It was Dusty’s fault. Seriously though that Braves team had an insane second half and then didn’t even make the World Series. That’s baseball.
I definitely want the Dodgers to lose. But I definitely think both Boston and New York would be easier ALCS match ups than the Rays. Plus if the Yankees get that far, I can actually go to a game and it is a more satisfying way to stick to Yankees fans who false think the Astros cheated the last 2 times.
I don't know what bronxie is, and I can't tell you how badly I don't give an eff. Hopefully it explodes when wet.
Just to further highlight how uncoordinated professional athletes can sometimes be… Martinez, the usual DH, was playing the field due to the games being in the NL ballpark and he tripped on 2B/fell/sprained his ankle when he was running out to TAKE THE FIELD.
I despise both teams. I despise Boston less. If the Astros are blessed enough to beat Chicago, I would like the better team who can give the Rays a better series to win. If things don't work out for us, I would like to see the Rays/Giants in the WS. I would like the Yankees to lose in heartbreaking fashion in whatever game/series that may occur. If we were blessed enough to be part of that in the ALCS, all the better. *this post is in no way taunting or flaunting the Baseball Gods in any way, shape, or form* Stros gotta take care of business and let the chips fall where they may.
I have Yankees losing to the Astros. And Braves beating the Cardinals. 1 and done game are dangerous, I think the Dodgers are going to be ex-champions tomorrow.
