Which is why it’s going to be a ghost town at NRG by week 8. No novelty. No household names. A city that won’t spend money on garbage even if it is the NFL… and the owners will only respond when the bottom line gets noticeably impacted (which it will).
They should hold onto Watson until after this season. There will be more suitors and more clarity on the situation. They should also pass on QBs from this draft as none of them seem that great. Maximize your assets with Watson and have a cache of picks to deal if/when you can.
I’ve seen him listed at 6’ and 6’1. He has a strong arm, but he is not accurate and he can’t read defenses. Regardless, Corral is bigger and a lot stronger and more accurate arm with 70-80% of the mobility. Ridder is the same but bigger. Howell is probably better than Willis as well, just because he’s actually had real D1 competition
This would be ideal. I can't imagine anyone spending money on this team with Mills as qb. Maybe with Tyrod. I'm pissed because I almost spent like $250-300 on the team. Glad I didn't, but it pisses me off that I even thought about it seriously.
Lol he bad. Now its just if he has "potential" Even in Watson's rookie struggle games, could see he was extending drives, giving spark even on non-scoring drives. In fairness, Watson had better team. And at least some continuity in place. Mills has roster, coaching & management turnover, 1st year head coach & gm.
Corral doesn’t? The kids tape is way more impressive than Willis. That arm talent is elite, like best in football elite. And he’s got wheels. But….he’s undersized too
