Not one article explicitly states Deshaun Watson is accused of, or has committed the act of, rape. Even in this era where clickbait is so widespread, if there were allegations of Watson raping someone, there'd be news about it.

I don't agree with that word being used, since it's basically a they said he said situation. But I looked it up, that what's constitute as rape. Sexual assault that has penteration is considered rape.

Yeah, I get the definition. But if it's rape, why not call it rape? Authors of these articles are professionals - moreso than you or me. There's not one mention of Deshaun Watson raping another person / persons, and that "oral sex without consent" article has been out since March of this year.

The Guardian article doesn't call it rape, either, and I'm sure the author knows the definition.

Again, in this era of 'Me too' and clickbait, it'd be easy to write about a really famous person and allegations of rape. So why not call it that, instead of sexual assault?
