I think nerves got to Altuve and Bregman a little bit given the weight of the moment. It wasn’t a great throw. Certainly glad Yuli was able to scoop it. I couldn’t tell if it bounced or not. I guess it did.

Bregs had plenty of time to step into it and to make proper throw so to bounce it was odd. It was like he held onto it too long and it dived at the end. HOWEVER I can’t recall a 1st baseman like Yuli that is so GD good at picking and digging those throws. Dude has been a stud at first for a hot minute now.
